7 DAYS, EASY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We are 100% committed to provide you the best quality sunglasses/fashion glasses at affordable prices. In general, our return rates are very less as most of the customers are highly satisfied with our products.
In case, if you are not satisfied with our product/s you can request for an exchange or a refund within 7 days of receiving the order.
Once we receive the product you can either request for an exchange or refund based on the problem you have faced.
Refund is only issued only after proper examination of the product.
Reverse pick-up charges of Rs.120 for every 500 gms(volumetric or dead weight whichever is higher) applicable for return of the product.minimum chargable weight slab is 500gms.
For non-serviceable pin codes, you have to use your own courier service(make sure that you pack the product securely.we are not responsible for damages caused while shipping)
Depending upon the order type - Prepaid or COD ,weight,value of the product Nominal Cancellation charges(which includes Restocking fees,Payment gateway charges,Forward Shipping charges if any etc) are deducted. (Minimum Charges are 230 Rs.)
Note: Shipping Charges are deducted for Return orders if you have got Free Shipping while ordering.
Steps for refund/return:
1. First, contact us via email or phone or chat support, etc.. and discuss your problem with our team.
2. we will calculate Cancellation charges and let you know how much exactly refund amount you will get.
3.either we will arrange for a pickup(charges applicable) or send to us using your own courier service.
4. After we receive the product we will go for a refund or exchange based on your requirement.
Refund would typically take 7-10 working days to process after we receive the product.
For COD Payment it would take 15-25 working days after we receive the product to complete refund process.
1. Return/Exchange must be initiated within 7 days from the date you received your product.
2. The product should be in its original condition with all the accessories and without any damage/scratches etc.otherwise your request might get rejected.
3. Return pickup charges are applicable if we arrange for pickup for return product. for non-serviceable areas please send back to our warehouse using your own courier service.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
We will make sure twice or thrice before we ship and we pack securely .in worst case scenario if it gets damaged in transit Please send it back we will replace it for free.
Note: You should immediately send us a mail with photos after you receive a damaged product on the same day you received your product.if you delay then we will consider it as damaged due to misuse and no Refund/Replace would be encouraged.
